Mary Khadivi

From suturing in rural Nicaraguan surgery tents to coordinating retreats on college campuses, Mary’s work has always centered on connection and adaptability. She earned a B.S. in Animal Science and went on to pursue diverse roles as a missionary, program coordinator, personal assistant, matchmaker, and social media coach. Across these roles, she developed a strong foundation in community building (both in-person and online), relational coaching, niche research and ethical sales messaging rooted in clarity, trust, and thoughtful copywriting.

A lifelong Kansan with deep Midwestern roots, some of Mary’s most formative moments unfolded far from home after spending Easter in Prague & Austria, attending Mass in Blessed Pier Giorgio’s Italian backyard, making international friends in Spain, standing beneath Kauaian waterfalls, and hiking across Utah. Outside of work, she’s likely researching new country singers, inhaling a mezze platter, borrowing more library books than she can finish, sourcing local farm food, dreaming up surprises for friends, or hoarding mason jars. Her ideal day includes abundant sunshine, bare feet, snuggling her pets, a holy hour and country dancing!
